This project entailed the development of a strategy for Malta Enterprise, covering the period 2020-2025. This strategy presents a medium-term ambition for Malta Enterprise to place business development at the core of the attainment of Malta`s sustainable development goals, with quality of life and sustainable development taking central stage in their operations towards business growth and development. This Strategy was also designed within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic which presented a more pressing need to develop and strengthen the economic fundamentals to hit the ground running as soon as the right conditions present themselves, towards a more successful post-covid economic recovery.
National Action Plan for Corporate Social Responsibility for Malta
Corporate Citizenship for Responsible Enterprises
E-Cubed Consultants assisted the Client to develop a National Action Plan with the aim of supporting businesses in Malta to foster a culture of responsible corporate practices, both at the workplace and marketplace, and extended to the wider community and environment. The Action Plan provided guidelines for business and a framework of measures to support its implementation.
