The CBA for the EU-funded project assessed the demand and financial and economic feasibility of shore-side power supply infrastructure for cruise and Ro-Ro ships berthing in the Grand Harbour. The economic value of the project, in good part, was assessed from the perspective of reductions in net greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants.
